Ranjeet Kumar Yadav

My name is Ranjeet Kumar Yadav, a seasoned operation procurement analyst with over five years of experience in government consulting, project management units (PMU), and managing multifaceted operations. Currently residing in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, with a strong foundation in analytical and technical skills.

In my professional journey, I have honed my expertise in procurement and project management through diverse roles. Presently, I work as a Procurement Analyst at the Quality Council of India, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In this role, I oversee the Third Party Coal Sampling and Analysis project for Coal India Limited (CIL), ensuring adherence to BIS standards and quality management systems. My responsibilities include managing material requirements, documentation, developing procurement strategies, and evaluating vendor performance. Additionally, I travel to vendor locations to stay updated with the latest purchasing technologies and trends.

Previously, I contributed to the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), where I provided technical support and conducted assessments to ensure project milestones were met. My role involved overseeing project activities, offering capacity-building programs, and collaborating with stakeholders for effective implementation.

My career began as a Management Trainee at the Quality Council of India, working on the Swachh Bharat Mission. I coordinated with various cities, conducted quality analyses, and managed a team to execute ODF assessment reports. This experience laid the foundation for my subsequent roles, including a Junior Analyst position, where I was involved in the Swachh Survekshan 2019 project, monitoring dashboards, and coordinating assessments.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Power BI and SAP Material Management, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. My ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions has been pivotal in achieving project success. With a passion for continuous learning and improvement, I strive to contribute to impactful and sustainable solutions in procurement and project management.
