I am an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a demonstrated history of working predominantly in the ICT industry, as well as other industries. I am skilled in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Workforce Planning , and Organizational Development. 

I have senior level talent acquisition experience covering onboarding, recruitment, sourcing, talent mapping, graduate recruitment, executive search, social media marketing campaigns as well as recruitment strategy and business strategy alignment. I have also gained experience in policy drafting, training, budget management, team management, team development and leadership.
