FINAL YEAR PROJECT HAND GESTURE BASED INTELLIGENT WHEELCHAIR (Oct '12 to Apr'13) ➢ ➢ ➢ ➢ Designed a wheelchair that moves according to the hand gestures given by the user. Done with a social initiative, to help elderly and physically (mobility) impaired people. Uses the Haar like features and Adaboost machine learning algorithm. Funded internally by SSN, an amount of Rs.25000/- & was the first project of this kind from the CSE department. ➢ Was well appreciated by the college management & staff for completing it in stipulated time.
