I am studying for bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at University of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka. I have several years of experience in IT area from hardware to software companies.
Firstly I started working in a hardware company where it helped me to identify the errors in different hardware devices and fixing those errors. After that I had experienced customer relations in a legal company, tracking the customer’s payments and settlements while managing multiple projects with deadlines through phone calls and emails.
After a customer service experience in legal field, I started working for Antyra Solutions to improve and focus on my software skills. During this job, I managed the web maintenance according to the customer needs, used Meister Task tool for project management, tracked the daily &weekly updates by excel and perform quality maintenance of the website regularly.
Lastly, I started working in hospitality management area to improve my management skills as the Hostel Manager role at Mellow Hostel Sri Lanka. I was responsible for the hostel financials such as cash flow and supply management, guest relations, booking channels administration, website maintenance, room sales & marketing, recruitment & training the staff and organize & answer phone calls & emails for the property.
Since my recent job is more seasonal, my superior motivated me to look for remote work options according to my skills. I enjoy working in a diversified team and highly motivated and committed for the highest standard in all projects undertaken.
