I have seen your ad online, stating that you are looking for a data entry job, and I feel that I am the one that you are looking for. I have been working with the Customer Service field my entire stay with the BPO industry, have worked exclusively within the Customer Service World. I first started in 2006, some random guy who applied at TELUS, not knowing how the BPO world works, and 11 years have passed, I am now an Assistant Manager ( Operations Manager ) for a BPO company in the Cavite area. I bring a ton of experience with enhancing Customer Experience to the fullest, understanding their needs, and focusing on how to provide everything over the phone. Throughout my career I have enhanced my Soft Skills, learned to use MS Office and how it can be used to read data, lastly, attended Management training from my previous company, and I am confident that I can bring that in this field. I am motivated, dedicated, someone who has integrity, and loyalty is something I can bring to the table as well, something hard to find these days. I am applying for this job mainly because, I have a one year old baby, and as much as possible, I’d like to spend more time with him and watch him grow up, and if ever I’ll be able to land this job, I’ll be able to get the best of both worlds, being able to provide, at the same time, spend enough time with him, something I have been struggling with the work I have currently.
