With more than a decade of experience in the outsourcing industry handling clientele from different sectors, I feel that I should have more control with the work that I want at the comfort of my home. I entered the outsourcing industry at the age of 22 as an appointment setter and worked my way up until I became a sales auditor. I never got intimidated competing with co-workers holding multiple bachelor’s degree. I only banked on my passion, determination, and insatiability. This helped me learn a lot of things – troubleshooting computer hardware, customer retention, customer service and hard core sales.
