Over the past 6 years, I have gained valuable and diverse experience as an IT System Support in various companies. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (Windows Server, Linux), network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and ensuring system availability and security. I am proficient in troubleshooting complex IT issues and providing technical support to end-users. During my employment in various companies, I was significantly involved in the implementation of new IT infrastructures, optimized existing systems to increase efficiency, and contributed to the development and enforcement of IT security policies. My experience also extends to backup, NAS storage, and recovery solutions.
