A portfolio of about 58 projects - 36 months - 3 Trenches - 1 program manager - 8 Project Managers - 5 BAs and 1 change
manager and 1 change analyst - approx. A$20-30 million, as the portfolio manager, I oversee a comprehensive
transformation of the enterprise's strategic direction including technology, marketing, P&C and many other departments.
And regular updates to board and executive committees, supporting all the PMO team with project steering committees

network infrastructure, introducing new service delivery systems and consolidate service providers and optimize project
delivery, while leveraging key performance indicators to ensure efficient service delivery and enable seamless integration
of the new technology infrastructure with existing systems and processes
Sept’20 - Jun'22| Tierney Law Upgrade ICT Infrastructure Portfolio at Tierney Law
A portfolio of 31 projects - 24 months - 2 Trenches - each Trench about 17 project and 14 projects I have managed a
diverse portfolio of 31 projects, a complete overhaul of the enterprise technologies covering a range of critical areas such
as server and network infrastructure redesign, implementing new service delivery system, new vendor management
systems, HRMS systems, CRM systems and the creation of managed service areas. By consolidating managed service
providers and leveraging key performance indicators, I have successfully optimized project delivery and ensured efficient

which included optimizing the monitoring and alerting system

Sept’19 – Sept’20| Tassal IT Transformation & services integration Project at Tassal
This project involved improving a ticketing management automation system. We designed a plan that would allow for the
enhanced handling of each inbound ticket. In a recent quarter, ticketing efficiency improved 22%, and the number of
inbound calls was reduced by 7% per month. We integrated their system with ours and designed an entirely new process,
assigning new technicians, and designed a new set of KPIs to calibrate the success of the new team. We also trained the
internal team to adapt to new processes and automated their manual processes. The project involved me designing project
flowcharts, which once approved, allowed me to deal with procurement, the network team, resource allocation, and to
update clients and stakeholders to define the project scope, budgeting, design, and risk mitigation plans. Then, I was able
to prepare the project charter and present quantifiable objectives, and let the customer know when we have reached each
milestone, analyse the results, implement feedback and fine-tune the project moving forward to the next milestone. Two
Year Project, $400k Per Month Turnover This project was designed to provide Tassal with a series of outcomes to ensure
that a model existed that allowed a ticketing management system to be overhauled, whilst ensuring that the expectations
of the business were met
