I’m a registered nurse however my background includes serving as a customer service associate as in inbound, outbound and back office posts for almost 4 years. Most of my experience revolved in data handling, customer service, email and chat support, inbound and outbound calls and other related tasks for the past few years.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable skills as an English educator for grade school and high school students. I handled subjects like Reading, Language, Public Speaking, Journalism and other related subjects. I completed 2 school years while being an adviser also.
My freelancing career has tells so much as well. I was ba researcher/virtual assistant for a start up company in Australia. I collated data and statistics and uploaded them on our shared drive. Also I was a transcriber for the minutes of meeting for a company in the Philippines as well as a transcriber for GoTranscript. I also became a virtual assistant for a clinic in the US for calling health insurances. Then, I became a writer/virtual assistant for an Amazon listing client.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other account specific applications that helped me handle patient or client data. I also make sure quality is at it’s peak while keeping in mind the company policies and information protection rules.
