Site Management: Coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients. Supervising all site activities including providing technical inputs. Overseeing a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Managing overall safety of plant operations and building a safe working culture. Analysing the causes of accidents; increasing awareness among employees towards maintenance of safe working conditions. 2. Erection,Testing & Commissioning: Installation of equipment’s, conducting various tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities. Review of drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications for erection, testing & commissioning of power substations; reviewing & analyzing contractor's change order proposals & submittals. 3.
