Ramiro Ismael Gomez

Hello!

My name is Ramiro Gomez. I am originally from Argentina and I have travelled all over the world.

I have 5 years of experience working in HR - three of those working remotely for Accenture Belgium managing the coordination of HR in projects across europe in different industries.

I am a trained International Negotiator by holding a MSc from IESEG Business School in Paris. I have participated in The Negotiation Challenge in Kyoto, Japan in April 2019.

I have taken the Key Account Management (A4KAM) certification and I am currently training myself in using Digital Marketing Tools (Google Adwords, Analytics, Data Studio).

Currently I am working for a Tech Canadian Start Up, helping to re-design a global referral program in order to reduce hiring costs by offering rewards in around 160 countries. Also, I am running a recruiting campaign in challenging countries like China, partnering with local workforce to find the best talent.

I am best at strategic planning, communication across cultures and fostering excellent business relationships.
