My career began at Mangalam Industries Pvt. Ltd., where I progressed through key operational roles from Inventory Officer to Branch Incharge. Over six years, I gained hands-on experience in inventory control, order processing, dispatch coordination, production planning, and office administration. I was entrusted with team leadership responsibilities, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and sales units. My ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and manage time efficiently contributed significantly to the company’s streamlined logistics and operational systems.

In 2023, I transitioned into the agro-industry, joining Golyan Group (Agro Division) as a Project Management Officer. Here, I played a pivotal role in managing large-scale farm operations, developing annual operation plans, and successfully executing high-impact agricultural projects. I oversaw the propagation of 100,000 guava plants through air-layering, managed the cultivation of various high-value crops like Rosella, Ashwagandha, Mint, and Dragon Fruit, and led the completion of four full-scale projects.
