To reduce it three major changes were done: Surface leveling. Installing the new catchers on slat conveyor and maintaining regular gap between them. Locking the steering of vehicle while moving from Buyoff-6 to FAI. Responsibilities: Tracking the record of collisions and to analyze it. Making SOP and including the process of locking the steering within the worker’s tack time. Ensuring the catchers height as per to rest the vehicle’s tyre on it and prevent vehicle from moving. Assembling of New Bolero Model Description The New Bolero Power Plus model 1500cc in sub 4m category. Responsibilities: Maintaining the data of the operations on Buy-off, FAI, CAI and RFI. Ordering and handling of Torque wrench, Air Pressure guns, Battery guns, sockets to respective workers. Setting the torque of guns with help of MQA. Modification of Facia trolley, Engine trolley and Trim trolley. Placing the Bolero Model on Scorpio assembly line Description: With increase in demand of the Bolero Plus model. Responsibilities: New setup of trolleys. Study of operations and making videos for study of MOST(Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) Analyze the operation and devoting the workers for particular operation in assembly line. CP Gun Replacement with Battery Tools Description: Changing the Chicago pneumatic nut runner with Battery Tools for high productivity and low running cost. Responsibilities: Study the operations details of Alpha models. Collect the process details where CP guns are used and note error generated while operations took place.
