As an Operations Restaurant Manager, I handle daily operational data, financial records, and business reporting. I work directly with real transaction data, including sales, expenses, and operational costs.

My responsibilities include preparing accounting journal entries, maintaining basic bookkeeping, and creating structured reports using Google Sheets. I regularly clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

I also design custom spreadsheet templates for sales tracking, inventory monitoring, cost control, and operational reporting tailored to business needs. My work supports management decisions through clear and practical data presentation.

In addition, I assist with basic design tasks using Adobe Illustrator for simple layouts and business materials.

This role has strengthened my attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines in a real business environment.
