I started my journey in sales at just 14 years old. Even as I pursued a degree in Pharmacy, I realized that while I respected the science, my true passion was the "chemistry" of business. Building systems that work, teams that produce, and products that scale.

Since transitioning into the tech and operations space, I’ve climbed the ladder from a Customer Success expert to the Director of CS and Operations for a multi-million dollar company. At my current company, I’ve been at the center of the storm, leading teams of B2B Relations Managers and CS Managers through rapid expansion. I didn't just manage the "yearly crises", I built the infrastructure to survive them.

I believe that technology should serve people, not the other way around. My "superpower" is identifying friction and fixing it with elegant automation. I don't just suggest ideas; I create the workflow to build them.

I've built Triggers& automations on Zendesk, successfully launched over 10 products and played a role in implementing AI agents, assistants, and AI-driven call centers to turn productivity from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage.
