I have worked in the Call Center Industry for more than 10 years and have handled customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. Calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions.
In my most previous work experience as a Senior Analyst for a fortune 500 company that handles payroll for small, medium and large business. I have handled calls from clients such as CEO's, Presidents as well as their CPA's etc. I have helped them get acquainted with the payroll system our company offers from the ground up. Helping clients make their lives easier so that they can concentrate more on their business is rewarding. I got a lot of recognition's for that as well.
I also have worked with another fortune 500 company that caters to Health Insurance. Handling calls for customer’s inquiry about their benefit inquiries as well as their claims with empathy and care. You can't achieve that through training alone. I achieved that through years of experience. Being recognized by the company with awards and recognition and even posting my clients testimonies on our company website.
Working at home has its advantages for me. No more traffic and I get to spend more time with my son. I also have experiences working at home doing data entry, video editing and I have also taught the English language to Asian students both young and old. I am amendable with or without monitoring programs. I can work 40 hours per week.
