I am a goal-oriented person in every task that I’ve done. Everything that I do will have a positive effect on me and on the people around me. As a virtual assistant, I see to it that the goals and objectives of my client were met. I always attend to details and specific tasks that I am working on. In my few years working and dealing with different kinds of people, I have learned to become decisive. I make sure that my clients are satisfied and gain trust in order to have a harmonious working environment. I want them to engage their ideas that would result in a positive outcome of my job. I believe in open communication in the workplace for everyone to be more satisfied, fulfilled, and valued.

I always update myself with the latest techniques for me to always have an edge. It will help me do my job as a virtual assistant working from home. I equipped myself with new skills needed for me to advance and grow in the industry. I am an opinionated person; I always share my ideas and knowledge and I also accept criticisms positively. The training and learning that I have gained in this industry make me ready to face my clients and be assertive that I can do the tasks that need to be done. Offer my client the services that they expect from me. This is not an easy job but it is a purposeful one. You just have to be confident and equipped with the correct tools and knowledge.

With the situation that we are facing right now, I am happy and thankful that I get to work from home because it is convenient and safe at the same time. You can finish many tasks and not worrying about being late or stuck in traffic. It also gives you more time for your family.
