Rakshitha Gowda

I’m Rakshitha, graduate in Aeronautical Engineering. I worked in the field of jet engines for about 3 years. In this journey as an Engineer, I have build up a lot of soft skills and hard skills in my career. Being a good communicator, I was always appreciated by my managers and customers throughout the globe not only for the communication but also for leadership and management skills. As my work included much of presentation, I have good presentation skills as well. Since I worked for customers from UK, US, Japan, Singapore and many more countries, time management was much needed. I can manage time really well being flexible at the same time. This also enabled me to be a good listeners as we had to listen to different accents from different part of the world I’m happy that I can understand many different accents. Confidence was something I carried from childhood. Always I’m confident on whatever work I do as I do it with dedication.

Apart from being an Engineer I had a passion towards teaching. In my free time I teach students from different streams. This has strengthened my soft skills to more extent. Being a teacher is not a easy job. Due to my interaction skills and socializing has been positively effecting my career.
