PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Uncashed Checks Project (01/2020 – 02/2020)
Due to client specific contract there were around 400+ historical checks were uncashed in pension trust.
Created plan to communicate to plan participants and with help of third party address search, we located
current address of such participant and cleared 250+ uncashed check.
Pension Cashout Project (06/2019 – 10/2019)
Identified population of around 3500 plan participants whose pension benefit present value was less than
$5000 and setup pension payment to be forced out. This project helped client as well as organization to
administer pension as per plan requirement and reduce administrative cost of pension.
MPA Cleanup Project (12/2017 – 06/2018)
This project was for a specific population around 650 employees, who were part of Client Merger and
Acquisition of a unit in past whose pension benefit needs to be recalculated using grandfathered rule.
Cleanup all accounts and uploaded pension benefit accural in system, which reduced manual workload of
approx 300 hours.
Lump Sum Window (08/2015 – 12/2015)
One time windows offered to eligible population of around 10,000 plan participants to convert ongoing
annuity to Lump Sum. Successfully completed project within given timeframe which reduced
administrative cost and payroll cost.
NEFO Project (11/2014)
Due to system application limitation, we have to manally calculated NEFO amount and create manual kits
for 230 participants within given one week deadline which was already defined by client.
