Rajnikant Varma

I am an experienced IT professional with a strong background in web development, WordPress development, and Shopify development, specializing in WordPress and PHP. I have gained hands-on experience working with different organizations, where I contributed to building, managing, and optimizing websites. 

I began my career at Spider Technology (2015 – 2016) as a PHP Developer, where I worked on the Upchar project, creating a search engine similar to Google. This early role gave me valuable exposure to backend development, database handling, and the importance of creating efficient, scalable systems.

Later, I worked with Amazon and Flipkart (2017) in data entry, where I managed user, customer, and employer data. Though not directly in development, this experience taught me the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, and handling large volumes of information—skills that are vital even in technical roles.

In 2018, I joined Sociomeet as a Social Marketing Engineer. My role was focused on increasing online visibility for clients by managing social media presence across platforms like Facebook and Instagram, as well as promoting websites on news and blog directories. This gave me insights into digital marketing and how website performance ties closely with online engagement.

My real job is WordPress development, where I have built a solid career. From 2019 to 2022 at NXS Infotech, I managed the company’s websites, created new ones, and regularly updated existing projects. This helped me sharpen my skills in custom theme development, plugin integration, and performance optimization. I then worked with Vrajtechnosys (2022), continuing to create and manage professional websites.

Currently, I am working as a WordPress Developer at WebbyGenius Infotech Pvt Ltd (since 2022), where I handle website development, management, and updates for multiple clients. This role allows me to combine my technical expertise with problem-solving skills, ensuring that every website I work on is not only functional but also aligned with client goals.

With over 6 years of experience in WordPress and a strong foundation in PHP, JavaScript, and other technologies, I bring a blend of technical proficiency, creativity, and reliability. My goal is to continue growing as a developer while building solutions that create value for businesses and users alike.
