Payroll & Compensation Benefits Processing & transferring Salary at the month end, starting from the entry of new joinee in the HRMS system, creating employee information, employee salary details, allotment of leaves as per company polices. Solving Salary Discrepancies raised by the employees if any. Salary computation, which also includes regular attendance checking, Time office management, compiling leave statements Salary Revision, Facilitate Payroll Process, Reimbursement of all employee for Tax Benefits, Preparation of Leave Encashment Report of all the Employees at year end, Grievance handling and resolution of Employee queries related to Compensation and Benefits, Policies, Leaves, bonus and FNF calculation etc. Processing Increments in system like revising salaries of all employees, issuing increment letters and maintaining the copy of acknowledgment in personal file. Periodically reviewing and managing grade wise CTC structure, Salary Increase. Exit Interviews Full and final settlement, interviewing employees, evaluating employee feedback with Top Management. Processing Full and final settlement in system and coordinating with finance team to release the final payouts. Responsible for Gratuity, PF withdrawals and Bonus payments as per the Gratuity act and bonus act. Personnel and General Administration Coordinating for corporate bank account, Group Medical insurance of all employees, Preparing and Releasing statutory & paid Holiday Leave calendar every year. Making the Tie-up with the Hospital, arrangements of medical checkup camp for all the employees as well as for new joiners (Pre- Employment Health checkup). Handle all employee Superannuation and gratuity Benefit and assist them for their withdrawal of amount from insurance company. Employees counseling on all types of Personal Problems, Educational, Vocational, behavioral Problems, Also encourage suggestions from staff. Maintain Punching Cards, personal file and other Legal documents. Preparing Bonafied letter, address proof, service certificate as and when required by employees. Employee Engagement Regular interaction with employees, handling issues related to their salary administration or any other HR related matters. Organizing Events like Diwali celebration events/ competition etc and ensuring 100% employee engagement in Annual Function. Employee Picnic, Preparing Event calendar, budgeting for the events Human resource information system Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System. Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records etc) Employees Personal file management. MIS Report Generating and maintaining following reports like: HR Man power report. Maintaining Employee database. Organizational Chart. Monthly Absenteeism. Monthly Attrition. Audit Report.
