Project Description: Silis Labs Pvt Ltd is ISO: 9001 company. It’s responsible to issue Certificate to
import/export at Nigeria for Medicine. It is a web based solution to track the inspection of finished products.
The application has various Users:
Admin manages the user profiles of the users of the system. There are various categories of the user; Exporter,
Importer, Ministry of Health, Laboratory.
Manufacturer /Exporter request the inspection of the consignment. Here the Manufacturer would request the
inspection of the goods at specific manufacturing site location or Container Stuffing Site and the name of
Importer. He needs to upload Invoice and Packing List details. Here the Importers can be added and managed.
Inspector When the inspection is complete at manufacturer site, It fills in the details of the samples drawn from
the batches. He has to update the Inspection details.
Laboratory Updates the test result on the samples received from the Inspector. The laboratory updates the
inspection by Test passed or Test failed status.
Importer can also track the progress of the inspection. He can keep a track which process is undergoing. He can
view whether the goods he requested has passed the quality tests or not.
Ministry Of Health can also track the progress of the inspection They will be concerned that all mandatory tests
are conducted and well documented. They would also like to know the details of inspection.
