JOB PROFILE

Ø  Negotiating with suppliers for quality, cost, & deliveries.

Ø  Compare and negotiate the prices of materials.

Ø   Processing purchase requisitions, Commercial Department day to day coordination with the plant, raw material availability, production planning.

Ø  Procurement of raw material, follow up with vendors for timely deliver

Ø  Ensuring the right material is received as per procurement and planning.

Ø  Developing New Vendors as per new development.

Ø  Maintain the supplier’s quotation records

Ø  Negotiating the terms of credit with vendors as well as the cost of material required and preparing purchase orders, payment schedules, etc. so as to ensure smooth flow of inventory

Ø  Keep a track record of an order placed and follow up for the material up to reach to the

site in time.

Preparing the daily Report of Inventory & Purchases.
