I have 25 Years of Experience in Book-keeping and Accountancy work. I started my first job in 1994 when I was ( 21 Years old) during my college days as a part-time Accounts Executive in a Small Scale business firm located in South Mumbai.

After successful completion of Graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University - One of the well-known universities in India, I started my carrier as a Senior Accountant in the same firm. I had been assigned more responsibilities when I turned 24 and I performed my duties with due diligence and responsibility.

I Joined the next Company which was Telecom material supplier. I worked for 7 years with the same industry and profoundly performed my duties with excellence. I was one of very few employees, who were getting incentives and regular hikes due to the high quality of performances.

I maintained regular track (MIS) on my own which had been proven very helpful to my other colleagues and therefore Organization had decided to upgrade my job situation to Country Level.

I am presently working with a Canadian based Accounting Firm for the last 7 years. I am operating from my home for this Organization and extremely successful and joyful while working with them. I realized that having stuck in Traffic to travel distance to reach work destination decreases our efficiency. Due to Home-based work, I can assign maximum hours to my tasks with a fresh mind. I am mostly engaged with the review process of the work that has been completed by my other colleagues who especially got appointed for Book-keeping purpose, As they complete their work, I analyze and makes corrections wherever necessary and then submit it to my Canada Based Firm for Final review.

Most of the work completed by me got accepted as it is with no single rectification and therefore they remain free to acquire more Clients (Business). I personally developed my own MIS here as well to keep track of all clients to know their GST, Corporate Taxes and other payroll Deductions due dates and helps them to keep update about their necessary actions - such as payment of dues before/by due dates.

Since my current activities are under control and, therefore I want to utilize my special skills for others to help people to grow their business, I came to know about HubStaff.

I assure that I will take complete responsibility for the tasks that have been given to me and I will keep updating my clients for any kind of solutions/changes/amendments if required.
