Client list from HGC and BDM/Account manager list from Oracle HR is extracted manually and this data is imported into the spreadsheet on weekly/biweekly basis. Finally, after the form is completed RM manually fills that data into HCG. Proposed solution will automate the data flow between onboarding portal and HGC and smoothens the process by which consultant is on boarded. This portal will consume data from HGC (Central 7 repository) and create new form using that data and after final approval by concerned authority, same form is submitted back to HGC with certain validations.
