MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of Data Management System through ERP system such as Ensemble, PMIS (Project
Management Information System) and various other tailor made software packages. Handled
documents regarding to commissioning department such as punch list of repair, maintenance,
correction and final list for painting, rectification and modification, Request for inspection &
information, Non conformation report, catalogue updating, Request for material inspection,
supplier list updating, subcontractor list updating according to contract specifications, prepare list
of commission materials and update accordingly in case of arrival and used at site, warranty
documents updating for the materials delivered at site for commission purposes, updated safety
documents and safety material list, outward and inward correspondence filing regarding to the
supplier, client, subcontractor for the commission department, prepared log spreadsheet for
inward and outward correspondence, drawing and materials submittals for tracking the documents
in relation to commissioning department, updating calibration certificate in regarding to machinery
at site, prepare inquiry letter, quotation, purchase order for the commissioning materials at site,
site/ area handing over documents, completion certificate, installation commissioning and handing
over documents.

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences

Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be
