Provided comprehensive Test Management as the HRC Global Test Project Manager for the Mercury Programme (Phase II)

Context: Onyx programme focuses on creating a Chatbot and a Voice Bot, that enables HSBC colleagues to self-remediate IT issues.
The state-of-the-art solution will be deployed to 250,000+ colleagues in 65 countries worldwide, and has to be compatible on
laptops, VDI, Mac and mobile devices. This project provides significant cost savings for HSBC via drastically reducing the number of
helpdesk calls.
March 2024 – Nov 2024: Test and Quality Assurance Manager – Mobile Edge Browser Tunnel – HSBC (London)
Context: Microsoft Edge browser is the default browser for all staff on Desktop. This project will build and deploy a new
infrastructure to provide the same feature on Mobile connecting securely through the Microsoft Tunnel, on both iOS an Android
mobiles. This enables a simplified activation experience with enhanced browsing capability for colleagues. This project further
provides significant cost savings for HSBC, in terms of blackberry licenses.
June 2024 – Nov 2024: Test and Quality Assurance Manager – Cloud Telephony – HSBC (London)
Context: Cloud Telephony is a strategic IT Infrastructure transformation programme replacing the existing legacy systems, aimed at
designing and deploying an Enterprise Voice Cloud solution that enables 250,000+ colleagues in 65 countries worldwide, to
effectively collaborate, reduce costs and improve overall productivity. State of the art zoom solution will ensure Security,
Compliance and Regulatory requirements are met, as per HSBC standards. Highly regulated countries will have recording solution
with Surveillance achieved via Verint.

Context: SourceOne Compliance Replacement Programme is a strategic IT Infrastructure transformation programme replacing
existing legacy systems. SourceOne is an existing email archiving solution with end of life on 31-Dec-2024. The archived email data
needs to be moved to either a cloud or an on-premises based email archiving solution. For Highly Regulated Countries, Enterprise
Vault will be used as the replacement email archiving solution and Discovery Accelerator as the user interface. For non-highly
regulated countries, Microsoft Exchange Online will be used as the replacement email archiving solution and Purview as the user
interface. This programme requires extensive Infrastructure, Functional, Pilot, User acceptance testing, vendor and stakeholder

Context: McAfee SaaS Proxy programme is a strategic Network transformation programme and deals with the replacement of the
existing legacy ZScaler SaaS proxy with state-of-the-art features and enhanced cyber security controls that caters to HSBC global
cloud standards.
