I have a solid 13+ years of experience in Telesales. I've worked under various setups as outbound selling, inbound warm selling, customer service thru phone and email. I have been a closer for years, too. I believe I have earned substantial knowledge and backbone to effectively seek out and engage customer prospects. 

My excellent interpersonal skills allow me to connect to people from different walks of life and attract them to engage "with intent" to the product and services of the company I represent. 

I have the ability to win over even the most analytical clients and meet their needs through values proposition and tailor-fitted solutions based on clients' needs and our real time capabilities. Also, through solid and relevant arguments my clients are able to understand processes and obtain full confidence with the services the company provides. Thus meeting needs of Potential Clients alike as well as the retention of Existing Clients.

I have a proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently, thus in my previous long-term job, I managed to work my way UP the ladder from being a trainee with zero experience, to leading a team as a supervisor. At one point I had been involved in recruitment as well, allowing me to impart beneficial knowledge and help develop talented new members of our sales team.

I go by the principle of sincere customer service, it goes a long way. I believe that knowing the needs of our clients, understanding their pain, and providing quick and timely solutions to their problems will ultimately make us stand out from the rest. Thus, retention and network expansion will be achieved.

Lastly, taking constructive criticism is key to be able to improve one's self. So I listen intently to advice from my superiors to ponder and correct my errors, as well as engaging in healthy conversations among colleagues during stand-up meetings with our manager. I believe it will contribute greatly to each and everyone's growth, ultimately that of the company. No one is ever omnipotent, "teamwork makes the dream work."
