Summary: - I Joined Wipro (formerly Aon) on 8th Aug 2013 as a Team Member. Within very short span of time I have learnt several of document types, Eg Loan, Hardship withdrawals, Verification of Assets, Pension payment and Health and welfare management. I was awarded with Live our Value award in August 2014 for performing beyond expectation and promoted to Processor Advance in March 2015.I was one of the top performer in my team and giving mentoring support to the new hire and cross trained colleagues. During my processor Advance tenure I have given lots of process improvement Ideas so I was awarded with Gold Award in October 2015. I was member of Expertise Advisor team. I was promoted to benefit operation Administrator in December 2016. I had learnt different types of Health and Welfare benefit during this tenure and Awarded with Platinum award in March 2018. As this is the 1st organizational experience and I have enjoyed my role and it’s a great learning for me.
