from legacy platform to Infosys McCamish’s proprietary Policy Administration and Producer Management platforms.
Multi-year multi release program involving migration of all existing and new business to the new Policy
Administration solution involving latest technical stack (Angular, JAVA/J2EE, Microservices Architecture, AWS).
o Responsible for the customization and implementation of the solution for TO BE business processes, involving
multiple development tracks – Requirements/Solution design, Engineering, QA, DevOPS, Data Migration.
o Building the delivery competency for the new platform. Currently 80+ FTEs (ramping further) across multiple
locations in India; peak team size expected to be 130+.

• Program: MetLife US – BPS Transition & Transformation – Transition of BPS operations and administration of
>7million closed block polices from MetLife to DXC. 14 admin systems will be converted to DXC’s policy admin
system(wmA) & Claims administration system (uniA/cmA) in multiple phases.
o Owned overall QA and Automation (testing and RPA) for the IT transformation program. Established the
automation competency to support RPA initiatives and improve the Operations efficiency.
o Solutioned Claims RPA process to convert/upload 28.5K+ Open Claims from client’s legacy application to DXC’s
uniA in around 100 hours (10000+ hours of manual work in production).
