Rajat is a well-rounded banking and finance professional with extensive experience in lending to investment and sub-investment grade commercial & corporate clients across diverse sectors including TMT, utilities and Oil & Gas for the North American and European markets.

Expertise in mergers and acquisition finance, debt refinance, hedging products, cash management, guarantees etc.

Rajat is a Chartered Accountant (Indian equivalent of CPA Canada) and is currently pursuing CFA Level 3 programme.
