As an IT Support specialist, my career has been marked by diverse experiences in leadership and technical roles that have enriched my skills and knowledge in the field. I have had the privilege of serving in various capacities, each contributing to my growth as a professional. Here is a brief overview of my specializations and roles:

1.     Team Leader at an Emergency Communication Centre: Serving as a Team Leader in an Emergency Communication Centre was a significant part of my career. In this role, I was responsible for managing a team of IT professionals who played a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication during critical situations. This experience honed my leadership and decision-making skills, as we had to work cohesively to address urgent issues and maintain the integrity of communication systems under challenging circumstances.

2.     Computer Laboratory Assistant: My stint as a Computer Laboratory Assistant allowed me to connect with the educational sector and contribute to the learning experiences of students. I assisted in maintaining computer labs, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping students and faculty with their IT-related concerns. This role reinforced my patience, communication skills, and ability to provide user-friendly support in an educational environment.

3.     IT Assistant with Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC): Working as an IT Assistant at NNPC, one of the largest oil and gas corporations in Nigeria, was a significant milestone in my career. I gained experience in managing and maintaining a complex IT infrastructure, providing support to employees across various departments, and ensuring the security and reliability of critical systems. This experience enhanced my technical skills and introduced me to the intricacies of a high-stakes, mission-critical industry.

In combining these roles, I have developed a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and adaptability. My journey has exposed me to the importance of maintaining robust IT systems during emergencies, fostering learning environments, and supporting the technological needs of large and complex organizations.
