Raíssa Ferrari Maritan

I have solid communication and problem-solving skills, acquired throughout my career in positions that required direct interaction with the public, such as in the role of Gallery Assistant at Veta Galeria, where I provided support and information to visitors. Along with working at the natura pura space in Portugal Braga, which provided experience in dealing directly with the public and organising/managing the workspace. In group management work to organise spaces, such as home networks and work establishments, on the Australian Sunshine Coast, to maintain order and organisation of spaces with organised groups. In addition, my experience in content creation and project management in social networks has strengthened my ability to meet the needs of clients and work efficiently in a team.

I am fluent in English, acquired through years of study, but also through the experience of living in Australia for three years, where I not only developed my English but also had the opportunity to complete a Diploma in Business and Management with the Australian Pacific College, where I was taught how to work with space management and develop communication and clarification with clients.

As well as other areas of art and creativity that I developed while living in Europe, I studied Visual Arts and Artistic Technologies in Portugal and Spain, along with Communication and Arts, where I worked on projects with teams that added to my knowledge, with a lot of exchange and learning.

One of these projects was with Dona Fruta Health and Tasty, where the team devised strategies to attract customers and make their time in the shop an experience. Among other creative strategy projects.
