GRAPHIC DESIGNER PULSE | JULY 2019 - TO DATE Pulse being a Digital Publishing and Digital marketing Company, I’m tasked with the following duties and responsibilities: • Handling both internal and client facing design briefs. I work together with the contect creators and social media managers to developed creative ideas and concepts and actualizing them into final designs. You can have a look at some of the client work on my portfolio • Creating graphics for mail marketing and social media channels • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data. • Designing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. • Directing and commissioning photo-shoots During my time I have handled the following projects and accounts: • DUREX KENYA - Created content for Durex the year 2019 that included social media content which most of it went viral • ORAL-B - Handled content that lead to the launch of P&G’s Oral-B toothpaste into the Kenyan Market. The tasks include creating -Key visuals for the brand, -Creating launch campaign materials such as all social media content, Google Display banners Eskimi DSP animations, posters, billboards, short DVC and all printed materials such PR packages and on-ground activations. -Creating Oral-B Dental camp Event branding. • DKT INTERNATIONAL - handled content from mind of 2019 to date. The Brands include Kiss Condoms and Lydia contraceptives • I was also privileged to handle projects for Nivea, Elton John AIDS Foundation, PulseLive Kenya JUNIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER AVECHI.COM | FEB 2018 - FEB 2019 Avechi.com being an E-commerce company, I do the following tasks: • Creating new graphics (images, Banners, motion videos) for the e-commerce web platform and social media. Where I used Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. • Design campaigns landing pages, flyers and banners and Adverts for Season Sales such as Black Friday, Easter and Christmas. Whereby I used tools such as Figma and Sketch. • Guiding and overseeing graphic design interns. This include delegating duties, checking and approving designs as well as and advising on better ways to create designs.
