I'm a business analyst at Odessa Technologies since October 2022. My job involves talking to clients to understand what changes they need in our software. Then, I explain these changes to the developers who make the fixes. Once they're done, I test everything thoroughly to make sure it works correctly.

I also work on automating tasks for the company. This means using tools like Power Automate, PowerShell, and UI Path to make repetitive tasks happen automatically. This saves time for the company and helps things run smoother.

Before my current job, I worked at Kfin Technologies in the brokerage teams. Our main job was to handle all the calculations related to brokerage for over 2000 brokers across about 16 companies. We analyzed data to ensure the system calculated brokerage correctly.

We also dealt with daily client queries and tasks. Apart from my regular duties, I created an automated system to draft emails for all 16 clients. This saved a lot of time compared to creating these emails manually.
