Role:
Fetch the hot requirements from the company portal.
Understand the Job requirement and source the quality profiles for the role using various sourcing methods.
Discuss with hiring person to get clarity on the role.
Build the sourcing strategy, apply filters to source quality candidates.
Building a team or candidate pipeline for similar or upcoming roles.
Use linkedin and x-ray searching tools to source candidates.
Working majorly on USAand Indian IT requirements.

Duration: January 2014 to June 2021 (7 years and 5 months).
Role:
Develop new program introduction features using C++, Python, MS SQL, C#, JavaScript.HTML.
Played Product Owner (PO) role for 2 new programs.
As part of Post Market Management team, working with direct customer issues along with the field service team, to resolve the issue.
Support the service team on critical issues in the field.
Played the role as QMS Quality Engineer for few months.

Algorithm development using C++, SQL, .Net.
