As a high school senior, I learnt my first lesson in management when I was asked to be the Director of the Environment Club. I had to assist my teacher in overseeing the daily tasks of maintaining the flora of the school and organising events for creating an awareness amongst the students. I demonstrated a strong aptitude and an avid love for technology which led me to pursue engineering for my bachelor’s degree.

I found a perfect opportunity with a start-up, Poolio which was a perfect platform for me to be able to integrate my technical skills with my desire to contribute to social betterment. My work profile involved integration of different teams and people so as to derive optimum results which gave me an insight into customer touch points. My work also involved tracking of cost and time delay on project timelines. All this has helped me boost my problem solving skills.
