• Research and development, including design, modeling, prototyping, analysis, testing and
production planning process development.
• Use CAD software (Creo AutoCAD and Solid Works) to develop ideas, testing components
through different methods and principles, and collaborating with local industry and
international markets.
• Work independently most of the time, as tasks are delegated, and as part of a team on
project briefing and more collaborative tasks.

• Drilling Operations Department.

Final Year
Project
Design and development of DC-LSND Welding Machine
Designed and developed an experimental machine to perform dynamically controlled less stress
no distortion welding. Water was used as cooling agent and sprayed from behind the plate during
welding to study the effect of cooling on distortion and residual stresses.
MY CONTRIBUTIONS:
o Did mathematical modeling of the system.
o Developed the CAD model of the system using Solid works.
o Fabricated machine under my supervision in campus workshop.
