I've been working in a Zoho Consulting firm as a Project Manager since 2014. My job is to manage the projects, monitor progress and deliver it to the client. As part of the job, I also QA the apps we customize before submission. Doing these things over and over again, I learn how to customize them by myself. Most specially Zoho CRM.
