WORK EXPERIENCE
June 2015: Implementation and Training Consultant at Ex Libris (Deutschland)
GmbH in Hamburg. Member of the European project implementation team with
specific responsibilities and tasks during the implementation phase of the customer
projects; providing also system consulting, configuration, trainings, workshops,
implementation support, system analysis or conversion specification; involved in
creating and maintaining training materials and implementation documentation.
October 2014 – May 2015: database management at Veeva Systems (Budapest,
Hungary). Creation and maintenance of the data assets, in addition to continuously
review and verify their accuracy and quality.
April – June 2014: teacher of Italian at the Italian Cultural Centre Society of
Vancouver (BC – Canada).
September 2013 – February 2014: Italian and Spanish language assistant, winner of
a Comenius (EU) grant, at the Madách Imre Gimnázium of Vác (near Budapest,
Hungary). I hosted the unique Italian radio program of Hungary about Italian music
(Tandoori Italiano – Tilos Rádió).
2012: Administrative assistant at I.G.A.T., Graduate School of psychotherapy in
Naples; management of the communication with the public references, students and
teachers (also foreigners), archiving, web communication, billing, the organization of
conferences (until July 2013).
2011: (as a volunteer) teacher of Italian as a Second Language to immigrants helped
by local ONG such as Mille Soli Onlus (Acerra) and Rinascita Sociale Salam House
(Naples).

2008: Librarian for Engineering S.p.A. involved in the project "Codex - Digital
Libraries of Campania": inventory, localization, cataloging and indexing, (with the
software Aleph 500) of documents related to ancient and modern material, plus
multimedia materials; cataloging, indexing and metadating digital objects (images, texts
and audio/video material); searching and writing didactic materials; library research;
computer literacy activities in the field of library science and remote reference; online
management services in the field of library science; management reference services and
document delivery; planning and development of new formats in order to catalogue with
Aleph 500 the scanned documents belonging to the Franco Quadri's private archive.
During the first half of the year I provided translation, interpretation and
management of foreign customers at Lale International sas, Naples (brokers
company).
2006 and 2007: volunteer of the National Civil Service at the Department of
Agriculture, Parks, Protected Areas, Forestry and Civil Protection of the Province of
Naples as a member of the organizational staff of the Councillor, dealing with the
different activities to assist the structure. Specifically: supporting the Province for the
planning of environmental interventions; disseminating information through a thematic
desk; implementing the Province's relations among voluntary organizations, citizens and
stakeholders.
2007: six months internship at the Nucleo Bibliotecario di Geografia of the
University "Federico II". I successfully reached the training objectives and dealt with
cataloging and reference work. Specifically with Aleph 500 software I overhauled old
records and I listed new records with formats AN and BK, as well as I created the
database users to manage the computerized loan. About reference activities I made
bibliographic search, localization of documents and tracks of specialized research. I also
created training sessions for users and fellow trainees; from October 2006 webmaster
of the library website.
I made a large and detailed work of cataloging for the library system of the Province
of Naples on behalf of the ONLUS "Compagni di Viaggio", which sets up libraries
participating to this system.
2006: related to the course "archivist librarian experienced in the management of
databases and network services" implemented by Stoà S.c.p.A., an internship (200
hours) oriented to catalogue in Aleph 500 formats BK and AN and the activity of
reference librarian with the Nucleo Bibliotecario di Geografia of University of Naples
"Federico II"; I also attended the course "Suffering of ancient book" by AIB - Section
Campania.
As an intern at the Biblioteca Domenicana of Naples from September 2003 to
October 2004: dealing with the computerization of the electronic catalogue and subject
catalogue in accordance with the project Siberc approved by Regione Campania. I was
also involved in library reference, and contributed to the creation of magazines'
database management and to the project of the Library's website.

Expert private tutor (recovery, improvement and development of a personal
method of study) for students of middle and high schools in the following disciplines:
Latin, Italian, History, Geography, Civics, English Language and Literature, Spanish
Language, History of Art, Philosophy. Teacher of computer science as a basis for adults
and young people.
Member from January 2000 to October 2002 of the University Student Council
and Board of Directors of University Language Centre. I organized cultural events
for the students of University of Naples "Federico II".

I attended from 9 to 13 July 2012 the Training School for the teaching of Italian as
a Foreign/Second Language at University of Naples "Federico II".
In February 2012 I did the integration of three exams (General Linguistics,
Teaching of Latin and History of Italian Language) at the Faculty of Humanities of
the University of Naples "Federico II", which gave me the ability to participate in
the public contest enabling teaching.
During October and November 2011 I studied Social Project Management with a
40-hours course at the Centre for Voluntary Service of Naples, deepening all matters
related (from the initial draft of the project, reporting, to final monitoring). Then I
deepened the theme of EU Project Management.
From 02/02/2011 to 01/03/2011 I attended a Spanish course
(Intermediate/Advanced) of 60 hours at the University of Buenos Aires.
From 16/10 to 1/12/2006 I attended a course (248 hours) about marketing and
communication, neurolinguistic programming, computer science, business
English organized by Randstad.
I attended from 27 March to 9 June 2006 the classroom phase (400 hours) of the
training course Level II (authorized and funded by Regione Campania - EU) as
"Archivist librarian experienced in the management of databases and network

In 2004 I attended and successfully completed the course as specialized
Speaker/Entertainer at the Radio AG Studio of Naples; in particular deepening the
aspects of radio programming and diction as a result of direct experiences in some
local radio (Club 91, Punto Zero and Antenna Vesuvio).
