I worked in Iqor for 4 years. I started working when I was 18 years old. I started with 1-800 flowers as a customer service representative, I stayed with the project for a year. Due to Iqor's culture (transferring agents from one account to another), I was transferred to Orchard Brands as a customer service representative for a year until I was promoted to a workforce management position and handled 3 different projects for 6 months. After that, the management wanted me to become one of their QA Analysts and since I was sure that I was going to learn new things in the new position that they were offering, I accepted it. I worked as a QA Analyst for almost 2 years. For the span of 2 years, I coached, trained, and supervised agents due to the lack of leaders around the time that I was one of them. As you can see, I was transferred from one project to another, from one position to another; I learned to be very versatile because of it. I am extremely loyal to the company that hires me and I make sure that I reiterate the privilege of giving me a paying job using the best of my abilities, potential, and experience.
