I have a degree in logistics (technologist), My main role is customer support assistance. I have experience of 4 years with customer support working for Mastercard, where I provided assistance to Mastercard cardholders worldwide, with emissions of cards to travelers abroad, information regarding the travel insurance. and the benefits offered by Mastercard to its customers.

I'm currently working for CSN, one of the biggest mining companies in the world, as a bilingual receptionist.

My goal for 2020 is to find a job that allows me to work from home, in order to spend more time with my wife and my relatives.
