I am experience in the project, program and portfolio management environment. I am both PMP and PgMP Certified, as well as Scrum Master Certified and Agile Expert Certified. I am able to train, coach and mentor both Scrum and Agile as well as Project and Program Management. My experience is very diverse, and my value adds on the programs I have worked on, include having delivered benefits and ensured sustainment of benefits after program closure. By ensuring sustainment of benefits, I ensured that there was accountability and responsibility for the sustainment. In addition to this I have ensured that the program deliverables including benefits were aligned to the organizational strategic objectives. I worked closely with executives to understand prioritized investments and organizational strategic objectives so that my team and I could meet those expectations and deliver against it. I interacted with executive decision-making stakeholders as well as all other stakeholders, to understand, analyse and agree their expectations so that these expectations were managed and delivered against, throughout the duration of the program. With all the experience I have gained over the years I understand how critical Portfolio Management is to a business.
