 I worked as a list builder/lead generation VA, generating leads using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Manta, Yellowpages, and Yelp with specific search criteria. Finding and validating email addresses, personalizing emails for outreach, email outreach using Mailshake, collecting clients' information, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring data are accurate and complete. I also worked as an email outreach specialist/link builder in an SEO company. I was promoting clients' content and other pages to other relevant websites until they linked back. Responsible for acquiring new links to improve clients' Google rankings. Performing keyword research and identifying the best keywords for SEO-optimized content projects. Prospecting for linking opportunities online and also filtering them to find the most relevant ones to the client's website. Use Buzzstream, an outreach software tool to reach out and follow up with targets and streamline the process, as well as manage the emails received.
