I have over four (4) years of experience as a Customer Support Representative, managing chats and emails for various e-commerce accounts. My responsibilities included handling customer inquiries related to order statuses, processing cancellations, arranging returns, facilitating price matches, and resolving claims for lost, damaged, or incomplete packages.

I am proficient with a wide range of CRM tools and platforms, including Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, Oracle NetSuite, BigCommerce, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, Citrix, Google Workspace, and more.

In addition to addressing customer concerns, I collaborated directly with vendors, suppliers, and logistics companies to ensure smooth operations. Prior to my e-commerce experience, I worked as a Technical Support Associate for a year and a half under Intuit, supporting financial accounts. My role involved assisting with bank transactions, daily savings, and monthly bills, as well as troubleshooting application issues to resolve technical glitches effectively.
