I worked as a Customer Service Representative at E-teleconnect Inc. a BPO company here in Philippines, what we do is to
resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. I also handled Operator Assistance position, we assist customers to a third party, collect and credit card calls and assist people with physical disabilities to make telephone calls. prior to that I've been a Directory Assistance Representative and we are responsible for assisting callers by making calls, placing a collect call, supplying phone numbers, or advising on the cost of a call, Look up local or long-distance telephone numbers.
