I excel in communicating information to all levels of leadership and have fantastic organizational skills. My forecasting and capacity planning experience has brought me into a position where data driven decision making and data visualization is key. I have been tasked multiple times from our VP with finding solutions to our staffing in times of being over or understaffed. One of my solutions saved the company over $118,000 in one quarter and another created enough capacity to ensure we didn’t need to hire additional headcount. I pride myself on exceeding expectations and being compassionate and helpful to my team members. I am a very quick learner and enjoy learning new tasks and programs.
