I have worked for several campaigns and has over 5 years experience doing Inbound and Outbound Customer Service in both Consumer and B2B accounts. I have also been a virtual assistant at the same time. I can also do an average of 62 words per minute with 96?curacy. I went ahead and work in the BPO industry as you can see on my resume. I started out with Client Logic as a Travel Representative. I book hotels and airline tickets for the members of Affinion. Then I worked for Stream as a technical support representative. I basically help their subscribers in troubleshooting their Satellite Dish to get the most out of their cable services. After that i became as an all around virtual assistant for Discover Factory. I basically do anything that My boss needs. Data Entry. CRM Update. Setting up appointments amongst other things. Last I worked with Telus international as a customer service representative. We basically help people build their credit scores by having them use our services.
I can speak English well and am not afraid to talk to anyone be it skype, VoIP or any other service. I am good with all Microsoft applications as well. My ISP is very good, I got a fiber connection with 20mbps with unlimited data, (Here in the Philippines, that is a very good connection already.) I am detailed oriented and very motivated. Needless to say, I can work with minimal supervision and rest assured that I will deliver.
