Hi, I'm Rachel. My friends called me Raych or Chel. I'd love to watch some kpop movies and listening kpop song with my kids. When it comes to wok, I am skilled at communicating effectively with diverse people across various platforms. I am passionate about staying up to date with BPO best practices. I have over 5 years of experience working with some of the BPO companies in the country. In the past 5 years, I can say that I worked hard. I have a lot of exposure to the business environment and I was able to gain a lot of knowledge on how to handle different customer's complaints. I am also the type of person who can able to manage patience and stay calm even if the customer is irate. I am very resourceful when it comes to solving the problems of the customer and making sure that they can able to get more from what they pay for.
