Racheal Katandala is a dedicated psychology student at United States International University-Africa and a Mastercard Scholar with a deep passion for human development, organizational management, and community impact. Racheal’s professional journey began with a focus on human resources, where she worked as a PeopleOps Intern at Culturelligence. In this role, she excelled in CV screening, conducting interviews, and tracking candidate progress through Trello. Her keen eye for detail and ability to streamline processes helped optimize recruitment efforts. During her tenure as a Human Capital Intern at PwC Zambia, she further honed her organizational and communication skills, improving filing systems and mastering professional email management.

Racheal’s commitment to mental health and well-being is evident in her role as a Well-Being Intern with EduSpots. She researched and created content on well-being topics and facilitated virtual sessions, leveraging her creativity and technical skills using tools like Canva. This role highlighted her ability to engage diverse audiences and promote mental health awareness effectively.
